Criminal complaint

I am tenant and my lanlord try to impose forcfully condition of 10am to 7 pm and i lodge a complaint to police but police ask me they chare me under section 107 151, i am professional; ad my client came to me after 6 pm, pls advise me the section in which i can lodge a criminal complaint against my landlord

Unfortunately, the criminal law specifically does not deal with this type of situation. However, you can try to make out and file a case of Criminal Intimidation under Section 506 IPC and of Mischief under Section 426 IPC.

What is meant by imposing condition forcefully? If landlord physically restrain you for entering etc. then an offence may be made out. However, that offence is bailable.
