Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

We have filed two Criminal cases for cheque bouncing in 2006 and 2008. As per law notice sent to the parties (business firm) and cases are presented in time before the JMFC Court. Since that period we are trying to locate the parties, but failed. Every time court notice returned. Now Court is telling that either you have to withdraw the suit or will be dispose off in want of addresses of the parties.

Kindly suggest how to proceed before the court? & How can we get the addresses of the parties?

The case is relating or Negotiable Instruments Act.

You may provide the "last known address" that may be available on bank records. The court may issue NBW after you have provided the correct address as per bank records.
