Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

An FIR was filled against me a few other some months back U/S 420, 467, 468 & 120(b) of the IPC as some fraud was done in the company where I am employed.

I got an Re-Enquiry marked from the Police Commissioner as the FIR was lodged wrongly against me, as I was not part of the Organization when the alleged fraud happened as I was working in some other Company. I provided the necessary documents confirming the same. (Appointment Letter Etc.)

The Police found me innocent in its enquiry and the DA-Legal in his report instructed to Keep me in Column 2.

What is the meaning of Column 2 and what future course of action should I take?
