In trial court matter has reached to trial stage and you have not been granted stay against your Cr SLP till the date in SC, now the only solution lies as Hon'ble SC can interfare in the matter by granting stay. So it would be the best to engage some other energetic lawyer who can take prompt action to take stay and can represent you in the very best manner in the matter.
