Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My friend filed 498a and DV case against her husband. FIR was filed and her husband was sent to jail for few days. The girl went to the court to help the guy in getting the bail. Though she had suffered a lot in the few months of her marriage still she wan't to reconcile and take her cases back. what can be done when the chargesheet is also filed and the hearing date is about to be decided. Is there any possibility if she takes the case back then guy can file any other case on her?

she might have to approach the high for getting the f.i.r. quashed on the basis of compromise between the parties.
