I gave my two wheeler to mechanic for selling 2 years back,he sold that vehicle and didn't give money till now, shall i put a police case now please give me a advice.

Hello !

Did you handed over all documents to the Mechanic ?

Have the documents of the Two Wheeler are Transfered in the name of the buyer ?

Why you did not collected the money before transferring the Documents in the name of Buyer ?

Still a case can be filed on the Mechanic but the favorable results will be based on tricky litigation.
