Does the US Govt will accept the Residence Order issued by Indian Court to stay further with my husband at US?
Can I stay with my husband at US after lodging a 498a case against him at Indian Court?

how can a court in india pass a residence order for the house situate outside its jurisdiction in United States. i would like to see the order before commenting further.

According TO ME India CAN NOT pass a residence order for the house situate outside its jurisdiction in US....still i want to see order copy then i can suggest you the best way
