Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

If my husband files for divorce, court will send a notice to me. If my husband misleads in giving wrong address where I leave, then there is no chance of seeing the notice and if somehow if he manages and forge my signature, is that eligible for divorce or do I need to come to court compulsorily. Here my concern is my husband can cheat me in getting the divorce saying that there is no problem in taking the divorce but I do not want to take. Please let me know If I have to attend the court meeting compulsorily.
