India Domestic Voilence and Mental harrasment
1. Whether Email written by the victim is a legal proof
2. girl has been abused, beaten and mentally harassed at her in laws residence. she has been forced to do all the work being the fact thta she is pregnent and very ill. she is professionally qualified and even they say u have to clean utensils, wash clothes etc. they are rich and she also does the job

Email under amended provisions of law is legal proof and as good as a letter manually written.
The beating harrassment of girl by inlaws is common under Indian law. U can raise the voice for the same. Please try to settle the matter amicably first and upon adopting such remdies if it is not possible do file a colpaint with police
