From the below facts, the characters are not real.

Ragini, a software engineer was excited about her prospects as she was selected for a new project in her company, doodle.com. Mr. Bali was the project coordinator and the project had reached its initial stage of collection of all available material.

Ragini was also member of society called know your world, which tries to bring knowledge to the door step of poor and downtrodden people by running a library free of cost.

Ragini contracted her close friend Mrudula, who had a good collection of classic books on mythology, ayurvedic medicines and novels, and her desire to use the collection of books for needy persons. Mrudula readily agreed and handed over the key of the room and told her to take books on mythology and novels only, and told her not to touch other books as they are costly as well as very rare, not easily available.

When ragini went to see the library and collect books, her attention was attracted by a book on administration during ancient India. This book had direct bearing upon the project work undertaken by Mr. Bali. Ragini felt this book would definitely keep her coordinator in good mood and will help in her professional advancement.

Ragini took the book, thinking that she would photocopy the book and keep it back at the library. She did not hesitate as it belonged to her friend.

Later when ragini reached home, she changed her mind and decided to give the book itself to Mr. Bali, and return it later.

When mrudula realized that one of her rarest of rare collection is missing, she went to the police station and filed a complaint. On the basis of the information received, the police charged ragini, alternatively under section 379, 403, and 406. This case filed my Mrudula against ragini.
