in a food adulteration case the a3 is the representative of the the company a4 is company. a1 and a2 regularly appearing before the court but nbw pending against a3 and a4. after execution of warrant what steps takes against a3 and a4. at last the court may give conviction or fine? if conviction how can give conviction to a company?

After NBW, person arrest may be released on bail or detained in prison till conclusion of trial as an under trial prisoner.

On conviction, a Company can be punished with the fine only.

Firstly, the accused have to appear before the Court, otherwise they will be declared Proclaimed Offenders.

If convicted, there can be imprisonment sentence for A-3 and fine against A-4.
