If hindu wife has file petition for judicial seperation from her husband can she calim maintenence under sec 125?

Yes, she may continue pursuing her petition u/s 125 Cr. P. C., if already filed. If already decided and she is getting maintenance, she may continue receive the same; However, if she has not filed a petition yet, she may entitled to claim maintenance under HMA itself and she may file a Misc Petition u/s 24 of HMA in her Judicial Separation petition.
