Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A man hit me 2 years back from his car during negligence driving. I am poor and illitrate boy and cant afford advocate fee....
Till date I did not went to court but a police constable came to me and said me to attend NDOH.
Kindly tell me what can I do at this stage where I have no money for litigation and insurance claim filing ?

My dear,
You neet not to worry. It appears that the police had registered the case against the driver of the car and chargesheeted him. Now it also appears that you have been called upon the lead the evidence in support of that police case and that is why the police man has come to you to serve the summon of the court in which the case against the driver is being tried. Don't worry you need not to engage any lawyer because public prosuector will conduct your case on behalf of the government (police). So, obey the orders of the court and give your evidence.
