Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Marriage
Can I sue my friend to change the mind of his sister or my wife not to come with me. He stopped her by making a warning to suicide by her mother if she comes with me.
We have married in a temple and I have no proof or evidence of marriege.
Please tell me can I sue her family for this act. If yes please give me full information.

These are emotional issues try to resolve it amicably. While, your wife can come if she wants.

You may not be able to sue the family. However, you may persuade your wife to join you and may also seek police/court help in this regard.

No you cannot sue coz till today even your marriage is not established. But you can get your wife....
