Legal Question in Criminal Law in
i got married in april 2009 yhan due to family disputes my in laws rented us an apartment and during this time my husband filed divorce and went back to his house also they filed my husband is disowned from their property and is not staying with them and staying at address rented apt which we found out is not true. my all jewelry is with my mother in law and they refuse to give it also police says why did u wait for that long what to do for belongings and accomodation ?
