Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
a person abused my friend(girl) some 3 years back, the statements person made appeared now in local publication, now notice of defamation can be sent to person or publication? can person who made these statements be sued as we dont know abt it up to now ? i have come to know tht with in certain period only we can file the case on person. is it true?
