Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Pls advice me

I do hereby request his goodself to be kind enough to give me a guide line against the fact mention below.

Mr ''X'' is in bail againest criminal case in India (Kolkata)498A and 406 both cases are still pending in the court and he is in Bail. Mr ''X'' has a valied passport and Valid Visa for UK and as the next date of hearing of the case is in the moth of Dec 08 so Mr ''X'' left India for UK without the notice and proper order of the court

But any how the court came to know the fact and asked mr ''X'' to submit a report of his leaving India for UK without proper permission of the court,I came to know That Mr 'X'' is going to submit a newly manufactured passport showing that he has not left India but I am confirm that Mr''X'' left India for UK.Pls advice me as to from which office and frm whom I can establish his visit to UK.I like to pray to the judge to issue the summon to the officials in this case as per his advice.

Please obtain all the information of the issuance of VIsa from the UK consulate office.

You can obtain information of issuance of Visa from UK Consulate in India. From the same office, you can also obtain copy of the passport submitted for obtaining Visa.

In case, copy of Passport now submitted is different from the Passport copy of UK Consulate Office, then you may not need any other/further evidence.
