relevancy of evidence act section 65 and 66 to criminal case

how xerox copy,not attested be put on record when opposite party concealed original medical report and submitted brief report concealing few facts.any provision to put xerox on record by not allowing original to submit as original report might have been manipulated.

Xerox copy is not admissible in evidence. Either the maker of the document is to depose before the court by admitting the documents and its contents or the same may be called for by the Court to be produced by the person having the custody.
