section 138

what are my chances of getting away in session court ,from section 138 after getting awarded compensation and imprisonoment. I am director but sica was in force and i did not take concurrence of BIFR before bouncing of the cheque . Now complanant wants to appeal for increasing compensation after 4 months of admission of my appeal. i am mentally disturbed

difficult to advice without documents but if your appeal has been admitted i feel that there must be some ground for it and you have chances if you have taken some solid ground
