sir, i invested rs.4000/- in adventure country resorts ltd, mumbai on 31.7.1998 certificate no. 00001725Ato1728A, , application series b folio no. A000139, no.of shares 40,Distinctive No of preferrence Shares 17241 to 17280 the company also enclosed 5 i wrote many letters all in vain not a single reply received. also contacted on phone but no reply/not existing. please help me i have invested my earned money, i have left with no option, please guide me. thanks

File a F.I.R. in concerned police station or file complaint case before Judicial magistrate u/s 420 of I.P.C.

as said earlier report to police and get FIR registered under section 420 IPC.
