Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir my client is released on bail under the charge of section 409 of IPC.. now police is calling him to sign on some documents..but my client is on duty and it is not possible to him to come again and again just for sign because his duty is in out of station which takes 12 hours in journey..so as police are calling him again and again by mobile call.. my client changed his sim card so that he will not disturbed by him..
so my question is - is it right or wrong..what is the consequence of doing such..is it harmful to accused if he is not doing according to police instructions..

this is the Pre-condition of bail that the accuse has to join the investiagtion as and when called by police. in case , the accuse avoid, the police can request for cancellation of bail orders
