Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir if a married women with intention to threaten her in laws family tried to suicide by consuming sleeping tablets..so that husband and in laws family will remain always under pressure that if they didnt listen her she will commit suicide and under this fear of criminal prosecution , husband and in laws will behave as per her expectations.. that married woman always try to keep her husband away from his parents and force to not to care them, not to talk to to them, and not to help them financialy.. in fact husband and wife lives separately from in laws in in-laws house ..in laws lives at 2nd floor and that couple lives at 1 st floor..but one day husband wanted to help his parents when they were going to out of station..husband thought instead of let parents go by bus or railway he himself should took them in his own car ..thats why he offer parents to go by car..parents also got ready to go with him..but husband's such behaviour didn't like to wife.. and hence she thougt husband is turned towards parents caring.. she tried to commit suicide just for threaten husband if he will not listen her she will commit suicide and he himself and family will get problem in future..so under this pressure husband will listen her to keep peace in family... wife's such behaviour is illegal taking use of suicide threat just to keep husband away from his family..

so my Qn is -- can in laws file a complaint against daughter in law u/s. 309 IPC. as attempt to commit sucide is an offence..and it is used to keep away in laws from their life..

waiting for reply ..
