Legal Question in Education Law in India

My 2 sons studying in a private school. I got admission after paying Rs 13K each as admission fee Nature - Donation). school is again asking me to pay a refundable interest free deposit of 25K per child which will be refunded 2 years after the kid leaves the school. School is situated in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra State, India.

Please advise if,

1. Can a private school legally collect interest free deposit?

2. Do they require Govt approval/ Reserve Bank of India's permission for accepting deposits from parents?

3. In case school became bankrupt / not in existence due some reason, what is the remedy to recover the amount?

4. Is there any cases law for similar situation.

seek help of a parents organization and the parents collectively can tackle such a serious issue. in case you along raise voice, your children may be victimized for your aggression by the school.
