Legal Question in Education Law in India
I took admission in a private colj by rs. 4 lakhs donation in 2007.bt aftr 1 year i left d colj for my illness.now when i talked 2 d colj authority to refund me back 2-3 lakhs they are refusing.i have no document of transaction of money to colj.how can i get back my money?pls hlp.

it is not possible to refund your money, but you can try by filing court case but for that you have to proof from where you got these 4 lakhs.
