Legal Question in Education Law in India

Respeted Sir,

I am Umesh kumar from Hyd.I completed my B.tech(2011 Batch) as per the JNTU rules...I applied for Grace Mark n my Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo but till now i didn't get and without this i can't even get a job..According to the Rules of JNTU, A student can leave Two Subjects and if he fails in another two subjects with 3 marks then he can apply for Grace Marks to university through college then University will add 3 marks to the failed subjects n will send Provisional certificate n consolidated memo marks to the college...As per the rule after leaving two subjects i failed in One subject with one mark

I applied for Grace Mark and for the award of Degree in the college on October 19th 2011,

The officials in my college delayed it for one and half month and forwarded my request to JNTU on November 30th 2011,

A Letter came to my college on December 13th from JNTU saying that they(College officials) have not enclosed student requisition letter along with the Failed memo..

On December 15th, My college Officials enclosed My Requisition letter and sent it to the JNTU

Till Now i didn't get my certificates...I am facing very problem... i can't get a Job without my certificate...when i call my College officials for the inquire of Certificate, they are responding to me in a reckless manner... when i approached JNTU to get the Details why my certificates are being delayed then the officials said that we can't reveal anything to the student & they said me to contact my College Staff only for any inquiry...

I am not getting proper response from my college staff as well as From the University..Its Bcoz of them only my certificates are being delayed and its all about my future if they delay it further then it will be a great loss for me to get a job...

I don't know, where should i lodge a complaint against my College officials...

please Advice me

Thanks a lot in advance...

Contact a local Advocate and issue a legal notice to College and JNTU detailing the facts. It should get the job done. If still there is no solution, approach the Police/ Court as per advice of the local Advocate who should see all your documents. Best Wishes. www.lawconcern.com
