my elder brother doesnt look after my parents.
Entire responsilibilty is taken by me
As they are old age i am not able to take care due to there expensive medical illness.
I am not financially strong enough to take their medical expenses.
request you to suggest me a way out from this.
Do we have a legal provision which can help me to get expenses shared by my brothet also so that it will help me

your parents can file a complaint u/s 125 of criminal procedure code for seeking maintenance.
