Is betting illegal or just non-enforceable under law in India? (Karnataka)
Is it legal to bet over a non Indian but legal(in other country., like bet365.com which is completely legal in U.K)broker over online and bring in the money?

Betting is illegal in India. RBI regulations do not allow use of foreign exchange available to Indian Citizen for use in betting.
Legality of betting outside India cannot be commented here.
