Mine Lease subcontracting

Can a mine lease holder engage subcontractor to execute mine lease e.g.Can pvt. ltd company be engaged to excavate stone and convert into sand on behalf of a lease holder public limited company and subsequently sell the sand in open market.

The answer will depend on the terms and conditions of the lease agreement. If there is nothing against subcontracting in the lease agreement, there cannot be any legal bar.

Sir,

It depends upon the leasing agreement, i.e. terms and condition incorporated in it, and also the prevaling law of ur state.

Normally there cannot be any sub-lease unless a contract to the contrary
