Public disturbance - Playing - another question
this is w.r.t to your reply for the children playing during the night hours. You have mentioned that children playing in odd hours is not violation, but do you agree that disturbing others is okay ?

As already informed, it may constitute nuisance and hence violation; you may approach the local police.
