in 498a/406 .can court may order to search or recover the dowry articles from wife's parental house, if husband or in laws says that all dowry articles are with the wife in her parents house.
what in case if in laws sell out the matrimonial property where dowry articles were present?
what if they might disposed off or sold the dowry articles?what action should wife take now to claim

the wife needs to file a complaint under domestic violence act and in case the husband has a share in the matrimonial home, then the court may direct him to not to part with or alienate his share of property in order to defeat the claim of wife. she may also recover her stridhan through magistrate under DV act.
The court may be entitled to pass appropriate orders as per facts and situation of the case.
