Adv Rajiv Gupta's answer is not helpful
I am respondent and I want to ask what if petitioner has added new facts in his written arguments which are not mentioned in his entire pleadings and now case is at final argument stage and I myself filed "Additional written argument to defend these new facts of petitioner "so what will be next line of action of court to this.
2) Next date is also on final argument stage on board then does it mean that I myself need to do verbal argument .
or may I ask court to refer my written WA instead of going in for verbal argument
3)How many dates shall be given for this final argument stage on board since as of now almost two dates had been given for final argument stage on board ( now that I do not have my advocate to defend this case)
