The problem at this stage is strictly in the domain of "family law"; the parties must make all possible efforts to settle their dispute amicably. the stage for starting legal battle has notcome so far.

In present scinerio it is best to file divorce case to get rid from such dead marriage.There is no reason to continue with such relation.Wife is merely giving threat.commission of sucide is a very difficult thing,so, don't succumbed to her threat.If she Gives threat then lodge a complaint with local police.It is advised to go by a strategy in a planned manner.Every problem has its solution also,so,there is no reason to get dishearted.In case of need,you may contact me personally.

file complaints to police and if you can record such threat then it will be better.

In the circumstances described by your friend, it is best for him to file for divorce immediately. The wife's threats appear to have no relevance. However, in order to protect himself, he should file general diaries with the local police as and when such threats are given.

i dont know about some womens but surely you may file a divorce and about commiting suicide its just very hard for characters like your wife though without underestimating the force if so file a complain at your local police station. contact me personally for more advice

better if he can go for a divorce . Further if she is threatening he can lodge a police complaint in that respect
