Legal Question in Family Law in India

This is a case against my Mother in law sushma khurana and Father in law Madan lal Khurana who have totured me mentally

My mother in law(Sushma Khurana) makes me eat stale food , my mother in law and father in law (Madan Lal Khurana) torture me by telling me to switch off the lights & fans where ever I am sitting . they also ask questions regarding me to my driver , maid , cook like " where I have gone, what time did i get back" . They also keep telling me that they will take my son to delhi where they stay . when ever they give gift to the family( me my husband and me) they will insure that they give it to them only and not me , they will make it very obvious .They have even totured my mother by throughing her out of my house when she was suffering from breast cancer stage 4 . If I shop out my salary my father in law asks me questions , how much i have purchased it for . They even dont let me and my co- sister talk . They also tell my sis in law and brother in law to buycot me and not to speak with me . When ever they come to our house they will talk bad things about me to my neighbhours .

Every day she sits outside the house both in mumbai (on Podium ) and delhi( in stadium in rajgarh) and talks dirty things about her daughter in law.

What ever gifts my mother had given us during my marriage my mother in law has not given to me .

My mother in law sushma khurana and madan lal khurana recently visited my sister in laws house . She delivered a baby. they didnot allow my broither in law to see the baby for a month ,and mentally tortured my co sis . My mother in law tortures us she would not let us meet our realtives . also she would not let our friends visit. she married me and my co sis and brought us to mumbai and since both me and my co sis donot have any relative here she has troubled us for 9 years.

when she visits us in mumbai she would bang the door in irriation. she would ensure that our parents cannot visit us . if they visit us she would ensure that they feel uncomfortable and trouble them.

She wants to dominate the entire family and she maniuplates things according to her wishes .I am educated lady passed out of IIT delhi and they want me to becaome a submissive person and listen to her wishes . She has also trortured her sis in laws in small town rhotak .she will abuse them and talks dirty language with them. this lady so called my mother in law thinks she is the prime minister of the house and every one needs to listen to her and her husband.

They also want to control my finances and property.

Till five years of my marriage till I didnt have my first child they both tortured me

by asking questions about my fertility.they nagged me to death.

they even wanted to get my medical checkup done.

Till five years i traveled in local train where as my father inlaw kept my husbands vehicle and my husband use to drive

They make statements that Neha (my co sis )and Jyoti (my self ) are not part of our family.

She would ask me to give my entire salary to my husband . They want to control my financials . i want a strong case against both of them. my father in law is very bad temperrred man he thinks my husband his son and my son his grandson are his personal property.he treats his daughter in laws very badly . now i have also strated to retaliate . If i wont raise my voice my father in law and mother in law will dominate and take away my choild and through me out of the house . I want a strong and real strong case against both of them. They both have taken away my peace please help me . other wise I am sure these two so called senior citizens would torture me .
