You should keep in mind that one may be impotent ALSO qua a particular woman though generally he may not be impotent. Therefore, if your wife has alleged that you are impotent, you may hardly prove your potency. Even her pregnancy from you will not prove that you are not impotent because there are instances where impotent men have been able to produce children. I am handling a case where the wife has given birth to two children but alleged that the husband is impotent even though the children are from his sperms only. you can move an application before the court that you are ready for your medical examination and the court would constitute the panel of doctors for this purpose. you need to get the same done privately as you might have to go through it again through court.
