Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have married my wife in 1995, after that we are living together up to 2005, and we have child 14 years old. I have married while she is not working. After marriage I have educated her MCA and other computer courses.After the 6 years she got the job in MNC Company with good salary. Since her brothers are not protecting their parents they encourage her all negative attitudes and given me lot of troubles separated us 4 years back. I applied my rights and child custody, but she doesn't want live with me and told in loc adadlat. What is my right? I don't want give divorce because of my daughter's future. She is asking divorce I hope she is trying for re-marriage. After that we are living together up to 2005, and we have child 14 years old. I have married while she is not working.

I have filed constitution of conjugal right and Child Custody.

Since I am not in station whenever I go to Chennai, she. Postponed of meeting from the last 4 years. When my self and my mother asked re-union always she and her father postponed for re-union.

Since I want safeguard my daughter life, she is already 14. Within 5 years I want her get married. Otherwise her life wills reuined. If she married another guy or living with somebody along with my daughter, where she will go?

Do not worry. There is an easy way out by talking to your wife through well meaning mediators who could either try for re-union or at least get the answer why your wife does not want a re-union.
