divorce - property access

I have filed divorce against my husband . I am the guranater for loan in one of the house which my husband has purchased . I am staying at my parents place . Can i have the pocession of the house . My husband is paying all the installments.

No.Being guarantor you does not possess any right/title over the property of your husband.

you can revoke your guarantee and in the event of refusal by the bank/ financial institution, you may tell the institution to deliver u possesion.

you are only a gaurantor hence you cannot claim any right in the property as such but you can claim maintaince from him

No u can not have possession of the house in any procoeedings arising out of loan transaction.

No. You are simply a guarnater. You can claim only maintenance
