Divorce

My wife want divorce but i dont want to give her, i had already filed HMP for restitution of congual rights.pls suggest

you did not mention as to what step your wife has taken for taking divorce. She can not take divorce untill she files petition seeking divorce and remember it is not a matter of choice that divorce is granted, unless petition is filed jointly. She will be required to prove grounds for divorce. However you are helping her by filling petition for restitution of conjugal rights as after your petition for RCR is allowed and thereafter for one year you dont live togather, she can claim divorce.

agar mujhe samajh aata ki aurton ka dimaag kyon kharaab ho raha hai to main koshish karta ki koi divorce case court main file na ho.

try to convince her till the end and show her your immense love. women is hungry for love so only love can win them.

you can not compell your wife to live with you as wife,so,it is better that you talk to your wife and try to solve the dispute by amicable ways.
