divource

i am an army person in service i married before 8 years and i need i divource my wife not want to leave with me and she wants to leave with her mother and father till 8 year i cant setteled myself because of her parrents financly because she always helf her parrent so i need a divource without giving any maintance allowance to her and i also wants my douther in my custudy

You will need to file a petition for divorce in the competent court. On the facts disclosed in your question, the only ground available to you would be "desertion" for which you will need to establish that you had not contributed anything towards separation of your wife from you.

for custody, you will need to establish that interests of your daughter can be better served if she is allowed to live with you as compared to her living with her mother;

maintenance can be denied to a spouse only if she is have sufficient means of income which can enable her to live with dignity - maintaining the standard of life which she was maintaining while living in the matrimonial home.
