Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have got ex-parte divorce from family court. I want to know the period of appeal by the respondant, details as under :

Date of Operative Order - 9th Sept 2011 ( I have recieved the ORDER original copy on 9th Sept itself)

I then applied for certified copies of Judgement & Decree - 20th Sept 2011

I recieved certified copies on 3rd Dec 2011

Please tell me when the 90 day appeal period will end. When can i re-marry.

You have to wait for 90 days from the Decree to get marry again.
