I have also filed DVA 2 months bk and the 2nd hearing is on 22/9. Husband had filed a divorce case in Tis hazari last year I do not want divorce and an FIR has been registered and hubby shud return my stridhan. I am working and earning 30k. How can I get together with my hubby. Is there any law to teach my greedy in-laws a lesson. I do not know but my the judge of DVA act had given the first date of hearing after 2 months. I filed the case on July 1 and the first hearing was on sep 1 where my hubby and father in-law were summoned..nothing happened the judge just told them to file a replication to start the arguments..please guide me what shud i do to get residential order..waiting for your reply
