Legal Question in Family Law in India
To follow up to the question i had asked if i should start living with a married women...i would like to know the exact word...can i or can i not without going to prison?? We just want to be together but her husband just won't let her go...he would rather see her die than to be with meshes been beaten cursed subject to black magic all bcoz her family thinks she would forget me this way..but she has no proof other than some of the pictures she took of herself after she was beaten one day but it isnt much...she is unable to take divorce and has her phone is taken away from her..etc etc..i am thinking of calling her to me and see what happens from there..could you please advise me on what are my options?? Thanks...
PS : Whenever she tells hes husband she would file for divorce, her husband threatens her telling that if she does he will file a case of adultery on me.

NO, IN LAW, YOU CANNOT. Your option is : She should first seek divorce without bothering for the adultery case her husband may file against you.
You may live with her but don't have intercourse with her or else let her divorce him
