Good morning Sir,

I am living in mumbai. i wants to change my surname because of some reasons.How can i ??? whats is the procedure ?? Where is office in mumbai??

Once it is changed , can i come back to original one after some times.

you can change your name by making affidavit to this effect or by changing the same in official gazzettte and giving a public notice in 2 local newspaper. you can change your name as many times you wish.
