Whether a Govt employee Divorced man can marry an unmarried lady having children under Hindu law? Please clarify.

Subjetc to your divorce being legally valid - there is no impediment in getting married.

Yes, Provided he has divorced Legally and from the Court, we have to see the papers, without seeing the order we cannot advise. But if everything is done in court then nothing to worry, if there are any conditions, what are the conditions we have to check.
