Depending upon facts and circumstances of your case, you may apply for US immigration under special category meant for victims of 'domestic violence'.

I am sorry again to differ with the opinion mentioned here in above,as there 2nd wife has no legal right in India as well as USA. You would not get any relief from immigration office for visa etc. And you cannot apply for immigration on your own but has to be sponsored by someone in USA for various categories of Non immigrant visas.I feel sad for lawyers giving opinion without knowing the law of other countries. I feel they should desist in doing so.

you can consult a travel agent or immigration dept for other ways to get visa for USA.

being a second wife, if your husband was divorced from the first wife, is not illegal and you may go for visa under the special category as suggested above.
