A husband take a piece of land in his wife's name in Hindu joint family. what is right of husband's brother on this land.
(Hindu family ;2 brother; elder brother's wife take a piece of land on hes name; second brother claiming the same right on that piece of land.

in case the husband purchased the piece of land out of the joint funds, it is a joint property.
