Re: second marriage

Your first marriage VOID in law. However, you are obligated to provide her maintenance alimony etc. It is better you seek a declaration about NULLITY of your first marraige before you go ahead with the second marriage.

Re: second marriage

You have to take Divorce and then proceed for the second marriage or else the second marriage is not legal and you may face severe legal charges against you.

Re: second marriage

Sir you can't marry another lady until unless you give divorce to your first wife. Even though you marry without obtaining divorce it is illegal marriage in hindu as per law.

Re: second marriage

No you can be held for bigamy under IPc and your second marriage will be treated null and void. Of course if you can prove your first marriage was invalid or null and void then go ahead or take divorce and then marry.
