A Muslim woman took matual divorce in her society and remarried to a muslim under muslim marriage act without having decree from the court.
Is that marriage valid under muslim marriage act?

Yes it is valid but obtaining a decree is must for future safeguard interest of the divorced woman.

The marriage is valid but it is desirable to obtain decree from court
