If husband want visiting right of 13 year old childe and child refuse to meet him . What will court decide. Wife also dont to divorse him. What will court decide

You have to prove that meeting with child is for the welfare of child but court can not compell the child for meeting.In divorce case court will decide on merit in view of case of both the parties.
