Can I meet my wife after filing the case section 9 of HMA after 14 years of marriage

a) If she will not give piror permission

b)If I insist her to meet at office/House,

c) Can She go to police file the compaint against me if yes under which section

The answer to your queries are as follows :-

1) Your petition u/s 9 of HMA is pending before Court ,you can only request her to meet you and if she consents to your request then meet her and not otherwise. She will not file a complaint against you before police as the petition u/s 9 is subjudice and your wife has to explain why she has withdrawn from your society.
