No matter what is the source of property for a woman, woman under the Women right of Property Act is the absolute owner of the property. She may dispose that property in any manner she likes. However, for transfer under duress, she will have to file a suit for declaration (within three years of the transfer) seeking declaration from the court that the transfer is null and void as the same was not volunteer and was under duress or threat.

If transfer is due to coercion, file a police complaint and suit to recover the same.
